In order to give value to the food trucks we have featured at Aki Matsuri we only offer a limited amount to vend at the event. We will accept applications and special exceptions will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

**In addition every food vendor must also register with EXPO NM as a food vendor. This includes verifying you have all the appropriate forms and certifications to serve food in Albuquerque.

Vendors who don't adhere to EXPO NM's requirements may not be able to sell at the event. We recommend contacting Ben as soon as possible.
